  READ: "....The World Bank estimates that more than three-fourths of the world’s poorest people, totaling 1.2 billion, live in rural areas, attributing the importance of urbanization to combating poverty. This results in rural folks lagging behind in development benchmarks..."
  
  WE SAY: The World Bank may know! But the World Bank will not prioritize Ghana's, or any country's development. It is up to politicians, bureaucracies, and citizens, and of course, agencies like ActionAid.
  
  THEN THIS: "... In our quest to improve living conditions in deprived and rural communities, ActionAid Ghana, with funding from international donors and sponsors, has supported over 2 million people living in various communities..."
  
  WE SAY: Good to know. Hopefully, if there are security concern, Mr. Foster Adase-Adjei will follow-up with other essays about where Action Aid really is working in Ghana. In part we would be greatly interested in reading about how really rural and deprived this areas are. A peek at their website (www.actionaidusa.org/ghana/where-we-work) does not really tell us much.
