Some idiots like terror take the explanation given by the government as fact without any proof.Kofi Adams says the vehicle cannot be identified because of security reasons.The car's registration have conveniently vanished just like those trees and akunfem which was planted around the same time. We know if it's black they will say it's white if it's a goat they will say it's a cow if it's a bribe they will say it's a gift

  Sorry you have not taken all the facts. He was the president at the time the car was deliverered and not vice president.Adding the car to the presidential fleet was an after thought. The car arrived October 2012. Was added to the fleet in late 2013. It wasn't planned to be added hence the paying of duties. The contractor saw Mahama when he was vice president. He brought the "gift" immediately he became president. The building of the wall didn't go through competitive bidding. That Ambassador who was the contractors "friend" wrote to him to bid for the contract. The car was given to this Ambassador "friend" to be given to Pre Mahama. The Ambassador accompanied this car to cross the border. The contractor who is now a known president frient would obviously win more contracts.
