Information reaching the Fair-Trade Oil Share Ghana (FTOS-Gh/PSA) Campaign is that the Parliament of Ghana, late last month, without following laid down procedures or Ghana prioritized needs, passed the Petroleum Exploration and Production bill.
We understand that the bill is now at the Flagstaff House awaiting the signature of President Mahama
Mr. Mahama should look the children of Ghana in their faces and tell Ghanaians if and how Ghana has received a fair share of oil revenues the past 5 years using that bogus T. K. "Hybrid" Hammond so-called Ghana Hybrid System contacts for Ghana's Oil.
