She went to a pet shop and immediately spotted a large beautiful parrot. She located the owner of the store and asked the price of the bird. The owner said it was $50.00. Delighted that such a rare, beautiful bird wasn't more expensive, she agreed to buy it. The owner looked at her and said, "There is one thing I think you need to know about this bird. It used to live in a whorehouse and sometimes it says some pretty vulgar stuff."
The woman thought about this, but decided she had to have the bird. She told the owner that she still wanted the bird. The pet shop owner sold her the bird and she took it home. She hung the bird's cage up in her living room and waited for it to say something. The bird looked around the room, then at her and said, "New house, new madam". The woman was a bit shocked at the implication, but then thought, that's not so bad. A couple of hours later, the woman's two teenage daughters returned from school. When they inspected the bird, it looked at them and said, "New house, new madam, new whores". The girls and the woman were a bit offended at first, but then began to laugh about the situation. Bawumia in all fairness lacks the most important tenets in academia that set every intellectual apart from the masses; the tenets of objectivity and conscience. No intellectual worth his salt would compromise these two except that intellectual is whimsical.
Time will not permit me to comment on the inconsistencies and the half-truths Bawumia put out there for public consumption. My hope is that the NPP should win the December 7 elections and let Bawumia take charge of the economy, then the shit will hit the fan. I can't wait to see Bawumia given full charge of Ghana's economy. This is my fervent prayer!

I admit that there are some very serious political slants given by Bawumia to the raw statistical data, but such is the nature of the space of party politics. It is a very egotistical and destructive exercise, but we in our civilization have to live with it since it reflects the very shortcomings of the human ego.For instance Bawumia uses a very lopsided, SELECTIVE approach to compare GDP growth under the NDC and NPP by being choosing GDP for years in which the NPP regime did well, when indeed a mean growth figure over the comparative data range would have been the more accurate metric. This was pointed out in the critique from IMANI. There were also instances when he compared dollar and cedi values for expenditures over a spread of years without accounting for the time value issue through inflation adjustment.
