  Your observation is right and something must be done about broadly across the country. Even the way most of the night soils are disposed can be likened to organized mass open defication. This magnifies all the dangers of open defication. An individual in digging a hole in his farm and covering it immediately after defication into it sames more light than truck loads of feaces and garbages patroling streets and finally splashing in the open somewhere for some poor people to absorb the stench. However, it is important to educate each individual from childhood to adulthood on these issues. The environment and our health is important! Thanks for your observation.
