Dishonest is one who disregard his personal belief for political expediency. Failure to give credit to original speech and quick apology is excusable neglect and not dishonesty as you suggest. However, incompetence and corruption was real and actual with past government. The voters wanted a competent leadership and voted out the corrupt and incompetent NDC.
