This publication is purposely meant for the attention of the NPP Ashanti Regional Chairman, Mr Bernard Antwi Boasiako, alias Chairman Wontumi. Let it be known to him as an advice from an elder brother to his younger brother that when God bestows on you any gift, He expects you to use it to the benefit of your people and nation, or in general, to the benefit of humanity. However, some people do abuse theirs by using that opportunity to intimidate, harass and victimise others in pursuit of their insatiable quest for domination, power, wealth and you just name it.

It has come to my attention the secret role Chairman Wotumi is being consciously or unconsciously exploited by Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II and his accomplices to play in the Kumawu chieftaincy dispute to their favour. For having a grand standing and recognition in the NPP and the ruling government, they see you as well placed to manipulate things in their favour even though, they are in the wrong.

I believe in Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 that there is time and season for everything on earth. Today, you feel excessively empowered to command much respect and authority because the NPP in which we all invested our time, energy and money to campaign for to come to power, in which of course you played an enviably major role, is now in power. The power that you have got, where whatever you say goes in His Excellency President Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo’s NPP-led government, must not be used against innocent people for your selfish interests or be manipulated by other equally powerful and well-placed persons for their selfish interest.

When God Almighty assigns you to a job, He expects you to do it to benefit people but not to maltreat them unless He has instructed you differently.

Remember, I always support the side of truth and have invested almost all my time fighting to defend the poor and the needy that in our country Ghana are oftentimes denied justice. This is the more reason why when you arranged for someone to use the social media, especially the Ghana internet news portal, to assist you in your case against Ibrahim Mahama, the younger brother of former President Mahama, I never hesitated to take up the job when I was approached by your contact person in London.

Did you not inquire about who could help you make the side of your views known to the public for which reasons I shall not disclose today, when you came to London in 2015? Did somebody not assure you that he could get someone to help you? When I was approached and the whole story was narrated to me, and found that you were the one telling the truth but just that Ibrahim Mahama was using his political powers to bully you, I straightaway flung my weight behind.

I published articles on Ghanaweb, Modernghana and then SpyGhana to support your side of the story. I did this same believing that your side of the story and what you were doing were right or else, I would not have supported you. When I used to phone you, you addressed me as Master. Was it because you needed my help? Did I familiarise with you? No!! I don’t expect anything in kind from anyone when I help them out of their troubles or assist them in their great times of need. Did I ever introduce myself to you in person? NO!! Why didn’t I? Because I do not want any pay back in kind from you. If you see me in person, you would never be able to tell who I am because even though I was helping you, I did not want you to know me.

It gives me heartbreak to hear that you are secretly being manipulated by Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II and his accomplices including some members of the NPP government and party to support them twist the truth in the ongoing Kumawu Chieftaincy dispute.

I shall only advise you to beware that time changes. Continue to be the good Chairman Wontumi but not a bad Chairman Wotumi as I suspect you to be turning into if indeed, you have deeply got yourself involved in the Kumawu Chieftaincy dispute in favour of the otherwise wrong party.

Check the underlying web links to confirm some of the articles I published in support of your side of the story after concluding that you were the one being wronged. Whatever one does, he/she will give an account of it one day to his Maker, God Almighty.

In the coming days, I shall publish the names of all the NPP Government Ministers who have dubiously got involved in the Kumawu chieftaincy dispute to perpetrate injustice in support of Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Kumawuhemaa Nana Abenaa Serwaah and Dr Yaw Sarfo, the alleged Kumawuhene Barima Sarfo Tweneboa Kodua.

Be it known to Chairman Wontumi and the NPP Government Ministers etc. that no Asantehene is vested with the powers to nominate, select or elect any royal to become Kumawuhene-elect or chief according to Kumawu traditions and customs and/or Ashanti traditions and customs. Those who are historically deficient should please do research to confirm or deny what I am saying.

A word to the wise is enough. Nobody can override the decisions of God no matter their status in this world. I shall be coming out with more stories about the Kumawu Chieftaincy dispute with regards to the position of Asantehene and his accomplices on the Kumawu case as well as that of the NPP stalwarts now deeply involved in the case to the detriment of the Kumawuman citizens.

I shall leave no stone unturned in the defence of the poor and needy of Kumawuman, my ancestral place of birth.
