To sprout and bear fruits, a seed must decay, yet some germs are destroyed in this self-evolution process. If the germination process is not well guided, the seeds may not germinate.
The NDC is undergoing a normal self-healing process of introspection, reflection, reorganization and rebuilding.
It is normal to form, storm, norm and then perform. This is what I see our dear party the NDC go through till mid 2019 when we would norm and start performing.
It is worthy of note that when the forming and storming stages are not properly led and guided, norming and subsequent performance may be affected.
Let's be guided by this in our internal considerations. I trust that we will be guided by the values of forgiveness and peace of this holy month.
