As we mark the first anniversary of the 2016 elections which the NDC had its heaviest defeat in the fourth Republic, the defeat that shook the foundation of the NDC. Quite unfortunately, the NDC propaganda communicators, are jumping from radio and television stations and again mounting on political platforms that Ghanaians voted massively for the NPP because they presented lies to the electorate.

The NPP government under the leadership of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo, is on course and delivering on the election promises it made to the people of Ghana. Most of the promises have been delivered.

Free Senior High School (SHS) Restoration of Teacher and Nursing Training allowances

Established the Zongo Development Fund.

Increased Peacekeeping allowances

Reduction of taxes

Instituted the office of Special Prosecutor

Issuing of the National ID cards, etc.

At the start of 2017 when the NPP took over, the economy was in tatters. The government have turned the economy around and the policies initiated by the government are yielding results and bringing relief to Ghanaians.

The citizens of Ghana are encourage by the achievements chalked just within the first year of President Akufo Addo and the NPP government. Ghanaians are confident that this is the beginning of great things to happen with more development in successive years. We don't have to listen to the NDC, because since they lost the 2016 elections miserably, they have not come into terms with reality. They are hoping and praying that the good policies of the NPP to collapse. Because of corruption, economic mismanagement and the hardship they brought to the good people of Ghana, they were rejected.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo is a visionary leader who will surely carry Ghana to economic and political paradise. It is a combination of vision, courage and above all discipline to realise that the possibilities are always there. The people of Ghana have extreme confidence in the President and his team. The NPP is committed to fulfilling the pledge they made to Ghanaians during the 2016 elections campaign. The Party 's campaign promises were not juicy campaign promises.
