Andy CY Kwawukume is a self-proclaimed impostor

I have always known that it was just a matter of time and a little prodding before I got Anlo-Ewe political charlatans like Mr. Andy CY Kwawukume to expose themselves for the congenital liars that they incontrovertibly are vis-à-vis the desperate resistance by hostage-taking and internal colonialists like Togbe Afedi, of the so-called Asogli State, and his co-called Commander of the Asogli Armed Forces.

Well, in his rejoinder to my exposé on his previous propaganda piece captioned “Re: Anlo-Ewes Voted Against Incorporation of Volta Region into Ghana in 1956” (Modernghana.com 12/30/18), this is what Mr. Kwawukume has to say on the longstanding grievance of the residents and indigenes of the recently liberated Oti Basin “Enclave” of the soon-to-be erstwhile Volta Region, inter alia: “So, you see, we Anlos fought and contributed to taking back the TVT, which includes the Oti enclave.

That is why even Anlos have a special attachment to the area, being among the main persons handed the task of teaching English to the people of the TVT, etc. The Oti enclave is territory Ewes have shedded[sic] blood to liberate. They therefore have a long historical link and emotional attachment to the area which the NPP regime of Akufo-Addo has shown utter contempt for the brazen way they handled the Oti Region[sic] creation.”

Maybe somebody needs to remind the Trokosi Nationalist Barbarian who penned and published such insufferable twaddle that we live in 21st-Century Africa where slavocracy of the sort ignobly and shamefully practiced by the morally benighted authors and architects of Trokosi Culture has absolutely no place. You see, what the comfortably London-residing Mr. Kwawukume is clearly implying here is that, somehow, the inhabitants of the recently liberated Oti Region had absolutely no inalienably democratic right to be ceded the sort of first-class citizenship collaboratively conferred on them with the constitutionally legitimate backing of the Akufo-Addo-led democratic government of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) because by dint or virtue of Anlo-Ewes’ having shed their blood to liberate the Oti Region’s inhabitants from Euro-German Colonialism/Imperialism, the Anlo-Ewes have suzerainty or dominion rights over the indigenes and residents of the erstwhile Oti Enclave of the Volta Region.

But, Dear Reader, if you think the preceding argument by Mr. Kwawukume is inexcusably scandalous, wait until you read the following cautionary statement by the protester to both the Akufo-Addo-led and democratically elected government of the New Patriotic Party: “Whether anyone likes it or not, there shall be consequences, some unintended. I am just the messenger with the bad news but no one [is?] gonna get my head! I shall take my own time to analyze, predict and recount the drama as it unfolds, as participant[-]observer, of course.” The foregoing quote from Mr. Kwawukume is inescapably a seditious speech to which the author ought to be promptly and rigorously held accountable. It is also rather preposterous for the architect of such inexcusable ethnic supremacist and fascist speech to further add: “I have no respect for people who indulge in ethnocentrism and do not display[sic] any respect to[sic] others’ sensitivities. After all, who born them and what do they really know?”

But the one such self-denigrating tirade that fascinated me more than all else, is the following that partly sought to distort the received or canonical history of monarchical representation in the Gold Coast “Torgbui Sri II (known in private life as Cornelius Kofi Kwawukume and no relation to the present ‘impostor.’” Well, the critic and would-be seditionist has identified himself for what he is. A veritable fascist Anlo-Ewe slavocrat!
