Your understanding is that because your uncle was born in Togo and you were born in Ghana qualifies both of you to belong to both countries. You cannot have it that way. You have shown to the whole world that a lot of your people are not law abiding. When a border is closed, you can pass through approved route with a genuine pass. But covid 19 is different. You go to School in a different country to either infect them of the disease or to cotract the disease and come and infect your own people. Nobody is restricting anybody to cross the border but this is not the right time to do physical business across borders. Was the lady going to be quarantine, tested to know her covid status? Be serious as true citizens and stop these unecessary noise
