Please you are very ignorant of border towns. You may come from the center of Ghana so very oblivious of what happens in those places. Inhabitants of these areas have a totally different thinking from you and laws are formed from general legal theories. She may want to speak French which is her right so she attend school where the instruction is in French. @Alhaji said it, it happens in all border towns. Switzerland, Germany, Italy and so on. In this particular case, this same thing is not happening in the Ahafo and Elubo areas of the country. Are they better Ghanaians than the Volta region citizens? Please lets be truthful just a little bit.
