Tema, ,Nov. 9, GNA-Emos Korblah scored a minus of 17 to win the Fourth Annual Golden Classic golf tournament which ended at the Tema Country Golf Course Saturday.
Vincent Torgah took the second position with a minus of 12, Joseph Mawuli was third with a minus of 11, Victor Brave-Mensah placed fourth with a minus of nine. The fifth position was taken by T.K. Agama with a minus of one while John Dorman came sixth with a minus of zero.
Mr Gilbert Morgan, President of the Ghana Professional Golfers Association (GPGA) said the association would have wished to organize more of such competitions but due to lack of sponsorship, it has not been able to carry out its plans.
He appealed to the members to co-operate with the executives and work together as a team for the development of the sport.
