Accra, March 15, GNA - Marcus Manns beat Anthony Ashiagbor on count-back after both men returned 67 net to win this year's Achimota Golf Club Captain's Prize competition held at the Achimota Golf Course on Sunday.
Bill Marshall came third with 68 net, beating Aaron Akaful on count-back while Victor Danku placed fifth with 69 net.
Betty Allotey came first in the Ladies event with 63 net, Beatrice Hampton was second with 69 net while Maria Ben-George placed third with 71 net, beating Esther Amedzro and Beatrice Vetsche-Bempong on count-back.
The one-day 18-Hole Stableford competition, sponsored by Mr Samuel Leslie Adetola, Captain of the Achimota Golf Club, attracted 100 participants.
