Over 100 golfers confirm participation for MTN Invitational Golf on Saturday

Over 100 golfers have confirmed to take part in the final round of the MTN CEO Invitational Golf Tournament to round up the year 2017.

The event is scheduled for the Celebrity Golf Course at Sakumono and the over 100 golfers are coming from various clubs in the country to participate.

The golfers are coming from established clubs like Tema, 37, Obuasi, Royal Golf club, Kumasi, Damaang Goldfields as well as the Takoradi Golf club.

Mr Emmanuel Gyasi, Business Development Manager at MTN said during the year under review, MTN sponsored golf competitions across the country of the prominent ones include the CEO Invitational Tournaments in Sakumono Celebrity and Takoradi, Tema Classic golf tournament as well South Africa Freedom Day Tournament at Celebrity.

He emphasized that MTN has used the opportunity golf offers to interact with their high value clients who also seizes the opportunity offered by the competition to share business ideas and network on the golf course. ''A lot of business deals are hatched and executed during golf play''he said
