Accra, June 5, GNA-All is set for the 42nd Annual Unilever Ghana Limited Golf Championship at the Achimota Golf Course in Accra on Saturday, June 10.
Mr. Kwame Saarah-Mensah, Captain of the Achimota Golf Club, who announced this in Accra on Monday, said about 150 amateur and professional golfers from Achimota, Tema, Celebrity and guest players of Unilever Ghana, are expected to participate in the competition. He said the competition, which had been keenly contested over the years, continue to receive large entry year after year. Mr Saarah-Mensah expressed the hope that the golfers would be punctual for the game.
The 36-Hole Professional's event would take place from Friday June 9 to Saturday, June 10.
Professional players, Emos Korbah, Victor Brave-Mensah, Yao Daniels and A.S. Ibrahim , all of Tema country Golf Club would battle each other for the ultimate.
