......and 25th in the World
The International Hockey Federation (FIH) has published its first ever ranking of countries in the World on its website.
According to the release, Ghana's men team is ranked 3rd in Africa and 25th in the World, while the women are ranked 4th in Africa and 38th in the World. The rankings establish Ghana as a strong hockey nation in Africa and the world and opoens up opportunities for development assistance through invitations to participate in tournaments in any part of the world.
