The Ancient Rock Chapel is to establish a mission hospital and school within the communities where branches of the church will be opened.

The projects which would be financed through voluntary contributions and fund-raising activities, aimed at supporting government’s efforts of providing quality education and healthcare to the citizenry.

Pastor Helen Achaab, Senior Pastor, disclosed this at the launch of a four-day conference of the church at Ashongman Estates, near Madina.

The conference which is on the theme: ‘’Total Recovery, ’’ is aimed at sensitizing the participants on the need to draw closer to the Lord God Almighty at all times.

It is also aimed at praying for peace and stability in the country ahead of election 2016.

Pastor Achaab urged Christians to refrain from acts which hindered national development.

She said Christians would be doing a dis-service to God if they did not allow the teachings of Jesus Christ to reflect in their daily lives.

The Senior Pastor attributed the socio-economic woes of the country to the mad rush for monetary gains by Christians instead of seeking their spiritual well-being.

Pastor Achaab urged the youth to desist from the get-rich-quick attitude, and accept the Lord as their Saviour, to enable them to succeed in life.

She advised religious leaders do desist from ‘’selling’’ the word of God, which she said was tarnishing the good image of the clergy.
