Inaugurating the blocks at separate ceremonies at the three places, the DCE for the Asikuma-Odoben-Brakwa, Mr Emmanuel Adjei Domson, appealed to parents to invest greatly in their children's education. He urged parents to stop spending lavishly on clothes and funeral celebrations.

The DCE urged parents and guardians to take advantage of the capitation grant and free education programme to send their children to school to enable them become good future citizens. Delegate members of the Church, including medical doctors, offered voluntary medical service to the communities as part of the inauguration ceremony.

They treated diseases such as Malaria, Fever, Skin disease and Anaemia. They also supplied free materials including uniforms and stationery to some of the kids.
