Bible Schools Urged To Produce Credible Pastors

Executive Director and President of God Reign Ministries, Rev. Emmanuel Pascom Yormekper has called on missionary schools to put in more effort in offering knowledge to those who are learning to be servants of God. He said it is the only way to have Men of God who are competent and selfless in terms of discharging their duties as God's agents on earth and can also work in accordance to the principles of the gospel.

Rev. Yormekpor made these comments at the 9th Annual graduation ceremony and launching of the 10th anniversary of the Bible School at Odumase-Krobo in the lower manya krobo municipality of the Eastern region. He said the world is now characterised with lots of troubles and spiritual challenges that needs strong and annointed Men of God to help deal with the issues christians faces.

He therefore stated that the school's mission is to train new and existing pastors no matter the church one belongs to but to equip them with the requisite teachings that will strengthen them spiritually as far as ministering is concerned and to be able to assist their followers deal with problems of life. "I urge the public to choose the best school anytime they want to attend Bible school in order to be have the best tuition they deserve" Rev. Yormerkper added.

The Eastern regional superintendent of the Assemblies of God church, Rev. Dr. Samuel Appertey in a sermon charged the graduands to be strong, courageous, truthful and committed in discharging their duties as Men of God at all times.

He also urged practising pastors to continue learning as a way of strengthen them spiritually.

In all, twenty-two students were graduated with certificate and diploma honours.
