Accra, May 28, GNA - Achievers Bible Training Institute (ABTI), formally Evangelistic Mission and Ministry Bible Training School, in Accra on Saturday held its second graduation for 11 students who were awarded Certificates in Biblical Studies.
It is affiliated to Action Fire and Faith Bible College, one of the seasoned bible schools in the country. Reverend Emmanuel Nana Kusi, Rector of ABTI, said the school was committed to train men and women with Godly characters and integrity for th= e mission field. He said the students were expected to graduate as 91light and salt of the world' since they were trained for good work and to solve problems of mankind. Rev. Kusi said currently, tuition at the school was free and would continue to so and therefore, appealed to all and sundry for assistance to train more men and women. He said: "The best way to enslave a person is to deny him education. Knowledge is Power, so help the school to empower more men and women to bring order, decency and excellence into the body of Christ". Rev. Kusi asked the graduands to be upright and eschew immorality, deception, fraud and laziness but become good ambassadors of the school and Jesus Christ.
Mr Wisdom De-Power, Dean of the school, said the Bible school had structured courses that would determine potentials of students and equip them for the Ministry's work. He said management had established code of ethics which the students were mandated to abide with to produce disciplined Ministers of the Gospel. Mr De-Power was optimistic that the students would excel spiritually i= n the society because they had been impacted with spiritual knowledge to help them understand the purpose of their calling.
