The Primate of the Brotherhood Church, the Right Reverend Seth Kwaku Adofo, has admonished Christians to support the Government in its efforts to fight armed robbery in the country.

He said the menace, which is now on the ascendency in the country, is not only a manifestation of man’s inhuman tendency towards his neighbor, but barbaric and ungodly.

Primate Adofo was speaking at the 41st national delegates’ conference in Kumasi.

The four-day conference brought together over 400 delegates from the various branches of the church.

It was held under the theme “Evaluating the Church’s Progress”.

He said the recent criminal activities, including rape, spousal killings, assassinations, political intolerance and bribery and corruption must be a source of worry to all Ghanaians.

Primate Adofo said there is the need for the church to continue with the crusade in the fight against all forms of evils in the society.

He appealed to the delegates to work hard to promote the development of the church.

He said as committed members of the church there was the need for them to intensify evangelism in the church to win more souls for Christ.
