Ho, May 19, GNA- Very Reverend Japhet Yao Ledo, the immediate past Moderator of the Evangelical Presbyterian (E.P) Church, Ghana, launched the centenary anniversary of the Church at Klefe near Ho last weekend. He said the launch at the town was unique because for 16 successive years, (1992-2000) and (2000-2008) the Church had benefited from the services of Very Reverend Ledo and Right Reverend Dr Livingstone Asong Komla Buama, who worked as moderators. Rev Ledo said they would be honoured at the climax of the celebrations in November this year. He said the people of Klefe would focus on the establishment of a Senior High School to commemorate the event. Preaching the sermon, Mr Hopeson Selassie Anyam, a tutor at the Mawuko Girls' Senior High School, asked Christians to appreciate the unique differences, talents and contributions of other members of society for development. A total of 6,000 Ghana cedis were realised at the launch.
