Eight men of God pass out after leadership course

Accra May 25, GNA - The Reverend Dr Godwin Pongo Davis, President of the Global Harvest Bible and Leadership Institute, on Saturday said commitment to excellence in leadership was viable in Christianity. Rev Davis made the observation at an award ceremony for eight men of God who undertook leadership courses at the Institute. The President said, the purpose of the Institute is to train and honour Christian leaders as well as equip them to become spiritually and physically knowledgeable. He said the vision was to give sense of dedication and direction to develop unquestionable passion for Christ adding that Christian leaders should be alert and enlightened to meet the challenges in this modern age. Rev. Davis urged the outgoing leaders to always let the Jehovah Lord empower, guide and strengthen them in all their endeavours so that they would able to performance their duties perfectly. They were Very Rev. Dr F. Akakpo; Rev. Dr. Oliva Hayford; Very Rev. David Nana Yaw Amakye all from Ghana; Shupe Mlakani, Zambia; Rev. Isaac Mantjei, South Africa; Jimmy Chipinda, Malawi; Rev. Tulane, Swaziand; and Rev Abraham Cisse, The Gambia.
