The Communications Director of the Living Grace Ministries, Francis Owusu-Ansah, has asked church leaders to understand that God believes in them that is why they have been chosen to work in their various churches.
"You must understand that God has chosen you into His yard as workers because He believes in your abilities to work for Him", he said and added that every christian finds himself at a place God knows he can perfrom to build His kingdom.
Addressing over one hundred church workers drawn from the Brong-Ahafo and Ashanti regions in Sunyani, Mr Owusu-Ansah noted that no matter who you are,God has a purpose for every body and that it is important to believe in yourself that you make a contribution in the house of the lord. "Believe in yourself that you can work in the house of the lord",said. The communication director, who is a lecturer at the Christian Leadership Institute, pointed out that when God calls you, it is the divine opportunity for you to excercise what He has given you as a leader in His yard. "When ever your pastor asks you to take up a responsibility in your church, do not waste time to accept the challenge and quickly carry out the task",he said.
He added that any time you disagree with God on anything he charges you to do, you are automatically agreeing with the devil. "When you refuse to put your skill or any other ability at the disposal of your church, you are disagreeing with God and that means you agree with the devil",he said.
Mr Owusu-Ansah pointed out that our response to God's call determines how He blesses us and charged christian youth to promptly respond to God's call in any form. "Our blessings are measured by how we respond to God's call,just as youe bankers would grant you loans facilities based on how mony flows in your account", he said.
