Tema, Dec. 19, GNA-- Maulvi Raghib Ziaul Hag, Greater Accra Regional Missionary of the Ahmadiyya Mission, on Wednesday called on Muslims and Christians to co-exist to promote world peace. He expressed regret that despite the technological advancement, which has brought people of the world together, they have not learned to live together in peace and harmony.

Maulvi Ziaul Hag was leading the Ahmadiyya Muslims in prayers to mark this year's Eid-Ul-Adha in Tema. He said "Today Jews, Christians and Muslims continue to claim the physical or spiritual progeny of Ibrahim but practically bearing a grudge against each other and seem to be paying no respect to that great patriarch."

Maulvi Ziaul Hag admonished Christians, Muslims and people of other religions to emulate prophet Ibrahim's submissiveness. He enjoined Muslims to inculcate moral values in the youth to enable them lead upright lives.
