In a bid to help create godly leaders who can take up the mantle of leadership in every sphere of life to bring total illumination to the world, a powerful book of about hundred and tewnty-five pages (125) has been unveiled in Accra on Thursday July 12, 2018.

The book dubbed "Redemptive Leadership", is a masterpiece which offers perspectives into a new paradigm of leadership.

The book among other things seeks to transform, empower and enlighten leaders in the whole wide world.

Propounded by a renowned author and approved by hosts of highly acclaimed men of God, the book reflects the divine attributes of sound leadership exuded by Nehemiah, a biblical character from the ancient times.

The new masterpiece holds key principles for people who have oversight responsibility on others or calling to serve as leaders.

It is expected to shape people who are called or desirous to serve as leaders in various fields of life including leadership in church, political arena, corporate world as well as home.

Author of the book, Rev. Dr. J. B. Ghartey, an acclaimed Pentecostal Theologian, a prolific writer and a teacher, speaking at the launch in Accra said, his desire to propound the new paradigm in leadership called the Redemptive Leadership was born out of his affection for Nehemiah and his style of leadership.

He added that lack of such leadership quality among crop of leaders in recent times equally informed his decision.

According to him, upon studying the book of Nehemiah, he came to realization that there's a kind of leadership that is lacking in today's world.

"We've talked about various types and styles of leadership and so on which include autocratic, democratic, strategic, laissez-fair, facilitative and the contemporary transformational styles. Lately we're seeing a servant leadership and I've realized that we could look at another paradigm and that's redemptive leadership, exactly what Nehemiah portrays", he noted.

Rev. Dr. Ghartey who also doubles as the General Secretary of Assemblies of God, Ghana has authored several books to his credit including God's Programme for Time and Eternity, Understanding the Names of God, Let's Arise and Build, the all-time popular, Marriage Means More, Dare to be a Dad and the latest Redemptive Leadership.

His faith in God and commitment to utilize his God-given abilities to win souls for Christ has been his motivational force in writing these books over the years.

Rt. Rev. Sam Korankye Ankrah, the Apostle General of Royal House Chapel Int. in his foreword message encapsulated in the book said, "When I was approached by Rev. Dr John Ghartey for a foreword, I was a bit skeptical as I have sampled many books on leadership and have found few to have fresh perspectives on the subject. However I was intrigued by the character under consideration - NEHEMIAH".

He furthered: “The revelations from his leadership style in the pages of this book are so insightful; I am persuaded beyond a shadow of doubt that this book is a masterpiece and an authentic manual on the subject of Leadership ".

Rev. Dr Lawrence Tetteh, President of Worldwide Miracle Outreach prior to auctioning the book disclosed the masterpiece could not have come at a better time when there is a dire need for godly leadership, not just in our churches, but particularly in our nation, and the world at large".

He commended the author for a wonderful job done in putting up the piece, adding, "it is my hope this book would serve as an inspiration to many generations to come".

Her Excellency Claudia Turbay Quintero, Ambassador of Columbia to Ghana in a short statement praised Dr. Ghartey for producing 'such an amazing book' that offers profound knowledge on redemptive leadership. She promised to read it with 'special interest' because she believes in it, hoping others will give it same treat.

A Clergyman cum Broadcaster, Rev. Mike Abossey, reviewing the book averred that the author did a fantastic job by putting leadership tenets into seven departments which were vividly captured within seven chapters of the book.

He indicated that the book offers a detailed historical background and a well analyzed sequence of events that are presented in a chronological order; thus making it easy for readers to appreciate the backdrop of events that led to the emergence of Nehemiah on the political scene.

The event was graced by the Her Excellency Claudia Turbay Quintero, Ambassador of Columbia to Ghana, His Excellency Ami Mehl, the Israeli Ambassador to Ghana, Dr. Lawrence Tetteh, President of Worldwide Miracle Outreach including some dignitaries as well as hosts of clergymen and church members.

Rev. Dr. John B. Ghartey in his closing remark acknowledged Rev. Dr. Mensah Otabil, the General Overseer of International Central Gospel Church, Rt. Rev. Sam Korankye Ankrah, Senior Bishop James K. Saah, Bishop Clive Mould both of Action Chapel International, Rev. Dr Lawrence Tetteh for their unflinching support of his works and vision leading to the birth of his latest book.

He also dedicated special thanks to Bishop Yaw Owusu Ansah, Rev. Gabriel Ansah, Rev. Cephas H. Amartey, Rev. Paul Daniels and hosts of other distinguished men of God including
