Religion, some people say is doing more harm than good, especially when some religious leaders are taking advantage of some ignorant members of their church.
Renowned Radio and TV Evangelist, Kingsley Agyenim Boateng has condemned and described Pastors who command money into members accounts as fake and liars.
The host of Anidaso on Kasapa 102.5FM, speaking on his show, wondered how it is possible for a pastor to command money into people’s account.
He added that, if a Pastor can command money into people’s account, then why are they taking offering.
He describes these pastors as liars and having the spirit of Gehazi.
“Ghanaians, think about this, if someone can command money into people’s account, then why are they taking offering? Can’t they command money to build the church? Deception, the spirit of Gehazi has taken over the church.”
Agyenim Boateng further condemned Pastors who take money from their members before seeing them.
“What is going on lately is appalling, how can you pay GH¢ 500.00 before you’re allowed to see your Pastor, your own Pastor. These Pastors are liars, deceptive and having the spirit of Gehazi”
He cautioned churches who play secular music in the temple to desist from that and rather play worship songs like that of Elder Mireku.
Evangelist Agyenim Boateng urged Ghanaians especially Christians to run away from deceptive and fake Pastors because they have nothing better to offer them.
