Most of my colleagues have being enrolled in the National Youth and Employement Programme which is a laudable idea which is giving them work and keeping them occupied as they have nothing to do.
But up to this time the Health extension workers don't know the actual salary that they are to be earned and they have not been given anything since their enrollment. the youth and employment co-coordinator promised them that an amount of money has being given by the ministry to pay for their rent as they will all not be posted to places that they want. but it did not happened that way and they have not being given anything since they started the work after their training. they are complaining and they are not given the chance to give their side of the story out as the youth and employment coordinator has threatened them that if any of them should go out to talk about this is the fellow will be sack.
the regional youth and employment coordinator, came to the district and informed them that, certain amount of their money will be kept for them and it will be given to them later which does not sound well. actually they do not know the exact amount that they will be paid and how much will be kept for them as the district and regional youth and employment coordinator said that the amount that will be taken will be used in opening account for them which is not the best and they are unhappy which can affect the voting for my dear party.
because of this i have taken this upon myself to give it out to the ministry to caution the district youth and employment coordinator to do the right thing not for his selfish interest which will go against my noble party.
am also pleading to the ministry to come out and tell the whole country the exact salary that they are to earn.
i hope my kind request will be well held and treated with immediate effect even though there are a lot on the ministry.
