Misapplication of Resources in UCC

The University of Cape Coast(UCC) that is begging for books and other resources has spent over $200,000, in the past 4 years, to purchase 3 new salon cars for its Registrar, this is after each accident. If this amount of money spent on the registrar was used to re-stock the library with books and lecture rooms with seats and telejectors, the University will not go begging for help. God Help Us
