The seven-story, uncompleted hotel next door to President Kufuor’s Tetteh Quarshie Circle private residence which has been purchased by the President was done in partnership with the son of the President of Equatorial Guinea. The construction work is being undertaken by K&H Limited; the ‘K’ in the Company's name stands for Kufuor (Ben) and the ‘H’ stands for ‘Hallah’, a Swiss national.

Ben Kufuor, President Kufuor’s cousin, is the owner of Primewood Industries Limited and is also the local agent for the Russian Company, Messrs Kazan Helicopters, which is involved in the four (4) MI-17-V5 Russian helicopters purchase deal by Defence Minister Dr. Kwame Addo-Kufuor, President Kufuor’s brother, which deal has run into problems with the original British vendors of the helicopters, Messrs Wellfind Limited

And is it also true that in the NDC era, AT&P Limited at Samreboi and the Ghana National Manganese Corporation at Nsuta were both divested to the same Ben Kufuor, who was therefore initially frozen out of NPP largesse when the Party came to power because he was considered an NDC sympathiser and accused of fronting for the former First Lady in his selfish and greedy acquisition of those state enterprises?

President Kufuor has contrived a scheme under which his ‘chosen successor’ as NPP Presidential candidate, Minister of Trade, Industry and Presidential Special Initiatives, Alan Kyeremateng, whose father is an Ashanti and whose mother is an Amenfi, in order to ‘shed off’ his ‘Ashanti skin’ and avoid a situation where an Ashanti will be perceived to be succeeding an Ashanti, thus confirming the perception of the NPP as an ethnic Ashanti-based Party, is being sponsored to contest the NPP Parliamentary constituency seat in one of the Wassa Amenfi constituencies in the Western Region as a preparatory step towards the NPP Presidential candidacy, and is it true that that is the reason why the ‘chosen successor’ has suddenly become a regular visitor to that Wassa Amenfi constituency, why his mother is suddenly attending all funeral, outdooring and other social functions in that constituency, and why massive resources and development projects are suddenly flowing into that Wassa Amenfi constituency?

The secret US$2.5 Billion Loan deal that President Kufuor allegedly recently contracted in South Africa with a group of Chinese businessmen suspected of having Chinese Mafia-type “Triad’ connections that Ghana Palaver reported on in issue Vol. 10 No. 7 of Friday, October 31 - Monday, November 3, 2003, has actually been consummated but disguised as a facility for the Bui Dam Project but is actually meant for the 2004 election campaign, that all this has been done without Parliamentary approval, and that ?1.2 Billion of the amount has already been released?
