The Presidential runoff at Kyebi and certain communities within the Abuakwa South Constituency is witnessing an unprecedented wave of terror. Buses load of gun wielding thugs led by Owuraku Amofa are ravaging through the constituency unleashing terror on NDC’s polling agents and party sympathizers. In towns like Apapam, Apedwa and Maase, NDC’s polling agents have been beaten and chased out of their respective polling stations.
At Apapam, some of these agents and their monitoring groups are soughting refuge in the woods where some have been able to navigate their way to the residence of Teacher Asiamah at ABUSCO where they are narrating their ordeal.
The question many are asking is; where are the foreign observers? Why aren’t they positioned in a hostile constituency such as Abuakwa South?
