A DCE at Sogakope in the Volta Region has banned the poor traders at the Sogakope bridge from selling bread because they hooted at the President when he passed on that way to Keta two week ago.
In this day of Democracy and the rule of law, a DCE has arrogated to himself the power to punish people for hooting at a sitting President and when he was interviewed on JoyFm this morning, he shows no remorse.
