Daniel Nii Mensah hands over the cheque
Dan DeVan Group chairman, Mr. Daniel Nii Mensah has honoured his pledge to Ghana Wheelchair Tennis by sponsoring the first ever ITF Wheelchair Tennis Futures Tournament to be organized in Ghana from 7th to 10th Nov 2018.
Mr. Daniel Nii Mensah presented the undisclosed amount to the Coordinator of Ghana wheelchair Tennis Henry Larbi at his office at Kanda, Accra.
Dan DeVan Group of Companies announced their partnership with Ghana Wheelchair Tennis to organize the first every ITF wheelchair Futures in April this year during a press briefing, as the official sponsor for the event. This forms part of their efforts to promote tennis in the country.
In an interview with tennisghana.org, Mr. Daniel Nii Mensah said “ I am committed to work with Ghana wheelchair Tennis to develop Persons with Disability through Tennis”.
Mr. Nii Mensah added that, Dan DeVan would support the sport to ensure that great talents are nurtured to become world Paralympic champions in the future.
