Table Tennis coaching workshop opens next week

Accra, Nov. 3, GNA - The Ghana Table Tennis Association (GTTA) in conjunction with the National Sports Council (NSC) is to organize a five day non- residential table tennis coaching workshop. The course which begins on Monday, November 6 96 10 forms part of a leadership development programme by the NSC to develop more coaches for the sports discipline.

A statement issued from the NSC signed by Hamah Hamid Issaka, Head of Public Relations copied to the GNA Sports said registration for the course has already began and interested candidates are to see the Technical Coordinator, Mr V.A. Arhin for registration at the Azumah Nelson Sports Complex.

The programme is scheduled for the St Theresa Parish Hall near the North Kaneshie round about on the Awudome road with each participant expected to pay 50,000 cedis as the registration fee. The programme is supported by Piccadilly Biscuits Limited and Pens and Plastic Limited.
