Media pundit Yaa Yeboah has emphasized that if Hajia4Reall mentioned the names of suspects involved in scamming activities, she wouldn't have done anything wrong according to Ghana's laws.
During a discussion on United Showbiz Show, Yaa Yeboah referenced Section 20 of Ghana's Criminal Offenses Act, which doesn't condemn individuals for reporting crimes or mentioning names of suspects.
According to Yaa Yeboah, the law only criminalizes actions where someone aids, conceals, or harbors an individual who has committed a crime with the intention of helping them evade justice. She stressed that if Hajia4Reall indeed provided information about the suspects, Ghanaians should commend her efforts rather than criticizing her.
