Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party's (NPP) vice president and presidential candidate, stopped by the Believers Worship Center, often known as Philadelphia, earlier today for a special blessing and prayer session. Dr. Bawumia was cordially received by the church's well-known leader, Stephen Adom Kyei Duah, who also conducted a serious prayer session. Invoking heavenly protection and direction for the Vice President ahead of Saturday's important elections, Adom Kyei Duah covered him with his Tallit, a sacred prayer shawl, in a symbolic act of spiritual covering.
