IOLX AFRICA is a skills development, employment readiness, digital opportunity, and enterprise development organisation committed to equipping individuals and institutions with practical, market-relevant skills.
The organisation seeks to bridge the gap between education, practical skills, employment, and entrepreneurship through structured training, institutional partnerships, digital learning, and enterprise support.
IOLX AFRICA operates through four strategic programme areas: Technology and Digital Careers, Employment and Remote Work, Women’s Enterprise Development, and Entrepreneurship and Business Development.
Through its educational arm, IOLX Institute, the organisation will deliver physical, online, and hybrid training programmes, with a proposed schedule of three cohorts annually, subject to operational capacity and available resources.
