Abdul-Samed Muhamed Gunu born April 6 1966 is a Ghanaian politician and member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Savelugu Constituency in the Northern Region on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party.

He was born on April 6, 1966, and hails from Savelugu in the Northern Region of Ghana.

He attendd the Ghana Senior High School and then proceeded to obtain an H.N.D. in Accounting from the Tamale Polytechnic in 2000.

In 2010, he graduated with a Master's from the University of Development Studies.
