40-year-old Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah, better known in showbiz as MzBel, looks to achieve resounding international acclaim with her new record deal.
The singer, in her sixteenth year as a hiplife act, announced via Instagram that she has now pitched camp with Goodies Music International.
“I am very grateful for the opportunity to be signed on your Record Label. I promise to do my best and to make Ghana proud once again on the international market. Thank u so much…. OMG just when I thought it’s over,” she posted.
A veteran in these parts, MzBel, popular for records like “Awoso Me,” and “Sixteen Years” has also courted added influence for her outspoken nature, often a salacious pop image, and broadcasting interests.
Because of this new deal, this new phase of her career is being interpreted as a comeback of sorts, considering that she has been away from active music for a while.
