Hearts of Oak CEO Mark Noonan has described reports that he is in Germany to pen a co-operation agreement with giants Bayern Munich as a fabrication.
The American left the country last week and the local media speculated he was in Europe to finalize a partnership deal.
According to the fake reports, the Bavarian giants were to provide technical support, player development and football business strategy.
That also included an opportunity to play a friendly against the Bavarians.
Noonan took to micro-blogging website Twitter to set the record straight.
He wrote: Educational visit to Munich with my friends @FCBayernEN @FCBayernUS the last couple of days. Club is pure class and great inspiration. Any speculation in GH media is fabricated unless coming from official channels. #AHOSC @HeartsOfOakGH.
