Popular Ghanaian actress Jackie Appiah who is known in the African country as “Ciara” a character she played in the movie, “The President’s Daughter” was in Liberia for the inauguration of George Weah caused a stir when fans in Liberia and across Africa trooped to have a glimpse of their model and superstar.
Fans who couldn’t bear seeing their icon rushed to have a picture of her and these created a scene that was only put under control by the military personnel around.
Jackie Appiah together with some Ghanaian celebrities including John Dumelo, Van Vicker, Samira Yakubu, Akosua Puni and Confidence Haugen was in Liberia to witness the swearing-in ceremony of the new president George Oppong Weah.
