Joseph Opoku scores first foal to secure Zulte Waregem's win over Anderlecht U-23s

Ghanaian forward Joseph Opoku celebrated his first goal for Zulte Waregem in style, netting the match-winner in a thrilling 3-2 victory against Anderlecht U23s in the Belgian Challenge Pro League on Sunday.

The 19-year-old, making his second consecutive start for the club, struck in the 70th minute to seal all three points for his team.

Anderlecht U23s opened the scoring early through Lilian Vergeylen in the ninth minute.

However, Zulte Waregem quickly responded as Jelle Vossen equalized, and Jeppe Erenbjerg gave them a 2-1 lead shortly after.
