Newly appointed Managing Director of Hearts of Oak Mark Noonan has expressed his gratitude to the club for trusting him with such a huge job.
The American Marketing guru, who has been handed a three-year mandate to steer the affairs of the club to greater heights, could not hide joy during a dinner party for the playing body, management and technical team at the residence of board chairman, Togbe Afede XIV, last Friday.
“I will like to extremely thank chairman [His Royal Highness Togbe Afede XIV] for his faith and confidence in me,” Noonan told accraheartsofoaksc.com “I am really humbled and excited about the opportunity and I thank the fellow board members as well who backed me in this decision.”
Noonan becomes the club’s fourth MD in the last six years after Fred Crietnstil, Neil Armstrong-Mortagbe and Gerald Ankrah.
