FIFA Rankings: Ghana still 50th

Ghana's position in FIFA's latest rankings, released on Wednesday, remained unchanged. The Black Stars are still ranked 50th best side in the world and also maintain their 8th place on the African continent.

Nigeria are still Africa's best rated team, after retaining 12th place in the global rankings.

Cameroon's Indomitable Lions remain in second place, but the continent's most improved sides are Tunisia and Guinea.

The Carthage Eagles up three places in the rankings to 21st place while Guinea move up four places to 52nd.

The current African Champions Egypt drop one place to 18th position.
