Napo Also Allocated State Land

Investigative Desk Report

Ever since it became obvious per certificateless Jake Otanka Obetsebi Lamptey’s immoral behavior that the NPP only came to power to amass wealth and to share state assets and lands among themselves and cronies, further investigations conducted by The Informer reveal that the NPP MP for Manhyia in the Ashanti Region, Matthew Opoku Prempeh, aka “Napo” was also allocated a parcel of state land at Cantonment in Accra.

Even though, it is not certain whether the NPP’s Director of Elections and a leading member of Kufuor’s Agenda 2016 conclave has assumed full ownership of the 0.26 plot size, documents in this paper’s possession indicates that plot number M5-4C was allocated to him (Napo) following approval by the Ministry of Works and Housing under the erstwhile Kufuor NPP regime.

The 0.26 plot size was allocated to Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh at a ridiculous price of GH¢95,680 under Sale of Government Lands: re-development project phase II in 2003-2008, The Informer in-depth search reveals.

The plot which was among allocations under protocol was made without any terms of payment, and this sterling revelation justifies why the Manhyia MP has an over-bloated ego to say that former President Kufuor was solidly behind him to become the flagbearer of the NPP.

However, intelligence picked up has it that Akufo-Addo’s Akyem mafia is working seriously behind the scene for him to be removed as the Director of Elections of the party, since he has refused to respond to allegations made by Kwabena Bobbie Ansah that he does not trust John Boadu.

According to this paper’s insider sources, the Akyem mafia holds the view that “Napo” might be working secretly against Akufo-Addo, since he is a key member of Kufuor’s Agenda 2016 convention, and desperate to lead the party in 2016

Stay tuned as we bring you more juicy updates on Napo and “Lapur John Boadu
