Good timely advise. You should have added that it can also waste a lot of time for especially students who spend so much time "facebooking" instead of studying.

ALL OUR LEADERS KNOW IS BEG FOR LOANS N GRANTS. STEAL THE MONIES AND GO AROUND COMPLAINING N BITCHING ABOUT OUR PROBLEMS.
BLAMING EVERYTHING ON THE IMF, WHITE MAN ETC...THIS IS WHAT OBAMA TOLD AFRICAN LEADERS AT THE G8 MEETINGS.
IT IS TIME YOU STOPPED BLAMING WHITE PPL FOR YOUR SHORTSIGHTEDNESS. GROW THE FUCK UP!
GH MUST FIND A SOLUTION TO THESE PRESSING ISSUES: high level corruption, CITIZEN IDENTIFICATION, insecurity, unemployment, LACK OF INFRASTRUCTURE and infrastructure decay as the major problems confronting africa's development.
GO TO MAHAMA BANK IN USA,HE HAS 170MILLIONS DOLLAS IN HIS ACCOUNT. HE ALSO USED GHMONEY TO BUY JET.
IN 2010 I WENT TO HIS BROTHER IBRAHIM'S HOUSE. BENTLEYS, RANGE ROVER...EEIII
TYPE "1.5 Tons Of Gold Bound For Iran Seized on Plane In Turkey" VIDEO ON YOU TUBE
GH IS ONE OF THE WORLDS TOP GOLD PRODUCERS. YET MORE THAN 25PERCENT OF ITS POPULATION LIVE UNDER 1 DOLLAR A DAY. HOW?
Today's gold price = 1658.22 US
12 Troy Ounces in a pound x 3000? lbs.= 36,000 oz
1.5 tons of gold is worth 36,000 oz x 1658.22 = 59,695,920 USD.
From 1957 independence to 2008 Ghana owed $9.5 billion in loans.
Within the last 3 years alone Ghana's debt has increased to $21.7 billion !!!
HMM HMM, Where did the $12.2 billion go? Alhaji Dramani Mahama has used the nation as a security to purchase an Aircraft at the expense of
Tax Payers. How can Dramani go out to borrow money $3 billion dollars from the Chinese Government and use the money to buy an aircraft
for himself when our nation is suffering? CURRENTLY, GHANA'S DEBT STANDS AT $42 BILLION DOLLARS. WAT MODERNITY OR INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMNT
DO WE HVE TO SHOW FOR THIS? MAHAMA, WHERE IS THE MONEY?
WILL U TAKE THE WEALTH WITH YOU WHEN YOU DIE? ASK MOBUTU...IDIOTS
GHANA'S early hopes were dashed by exclusionary politics, poor economic management and corruption, which created and perpetuated political instability.
ARE WE GOING TO LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES AND FIX THEM OR ARE WE GOING TO BLINDLY LOOK AWAY N CONTINUE TO WALLOW IN MEDIOCRITY?
John Mahama(first president of Ghana with 24 children from 13 women)who wants to be president at all cost, hence his decision to steal GHC8 billion from our treasury to pay his
way to the presidency with the help of Afari Gyan. It is the same John Mahama(first president of Ghana with 24 children from 13 women)going around telling NDC foolsoldiers that God
ordained him to be president at all cost. What has Ghana achieved under Mills/Mahama/Amissah Arthur leadership, despite high Gold,Cocoa prices and our new found oil revenues ?
Is it the dum-sor,dum-sor,high fuel prices, high food prices, irregular gas supplies, high rate of crime, strikes all over the country by public servants ?

I have for long been warning people, especially my kids on how to use Social Media. The euphoria of having the opportunity to be known globally and reaching our loved ones all around the World instantly, could blind folks to the dangers of exposing themselves too much and becoming more vulnerable to those who have evil intentions.
It is most important that folks learn to be more guarded on issues that could jeopardize their future chances in building their careers or relationships.
Thank you for alerting our folks so that they don't get carried away by the new technological conveniences to damage their future with them.
We should sort out the usage of these Media to take advantage of the best forms.
Long live Ghana!!!

Social media does have its advantages and disadvantages, but it also opens up the area for scamming. Especially from Nigeria and Ghana the internet cafes are full of young men searching a victim.
