remember the pill may come with side-effects. Increasing physical activity may still be the better option.

God bless you and yout family abundantly doctor, for bringing this particular problem to the awareness of unsuspecting and health-ignorant Ghanaians.
I travelled to the U.K earlier this year to enlist in the British Army,on the day of medical screening and body selection,I had the rudest shock of my life when the army doctors after checking me up told me I had a systolic murmur in my aortic valve, and this problem had resulted in an isolated systolic hypertension, whether this medical condition was as a resultant of a scarring medical conditon,or rheumatoid fever I did not know, I was so devastated I nearly collapsed. Here I was, thinkin I was healthy and fit,and not knowing I was carrying a problem all this while back in Ghana till I travelled and found out.
I'm sure there are many out ther who have similar cadiovascular problems and do not know they have them. These health problems are made worst by our shameless gluttony and poor health lifestyles such as eating oily pork meat and turkey, excessive intake of salt--and even worst,my Ghanaian folks back home do not have the pasison to exercise their bodies even once a week..
Why do we care so much about fufu and Azonto than our health my fellow black people???
May God help us all...

Thank you doctor for your advice, it is true that exercise and physical activity can help reduce heart disease. My doctor prescribe exercise for me when I seemed not to have broght my high pressure down, now I feel much, much better. I wish
more Ghanaians can heed to your warning and start looking after their health more than waisting their time on politics and religion. Thanks

May the Almighty Allah bless you for this piece. If all Ghanaians pay heed to this Sermon we will benefit alot. You see sometimes when you are attack by cardiovascular diseases and you are not lucky, you may enter the heal fire twice. In that, you will go to heal before you die, and may be when you die another one is waiting for you.
