every con man always useslong talk and plenty of bullshit to buttress his scam and thats what atuguba has done here in the hope that since most people can not follow up he can get away with murder. i am surprised he didn't write a new bible , the fact remains the elections were definitely rigged , pepeni killed mills and now used another pepeni to to commit another travesty of justice . immediately after the ashowo minister has now commissioned with the chinese new ports in the volta and other non Akan areas so now i hope they told the chinese we Akans will not pay for that including the hospitals and have already lined up enough yams and mangoes to pay for these projects since they have no gold oil or cocoa . pepeni stop using and abusing Akan money , steal from you own gonja and ayigbe idiots. we never get anything good from you only poisoned water and lies every day

Atuguba wanted his nephew to keep his job as an Executive Assistant toPresident Mahamah. Plain and simple. Atuguba was not trueful to Ghanaians when he opined that the SC panels various judgement was ready and lodged with the Secretary to the Courts. In fact he Atuguba was so anxious he read a wrong judgement which was corrected after 24 hours in the books. Atuguba is treacherous, dishonest, and did not exhibit objectivity throghout the deliberations In fact if dotse a Kuffuor had not allowed his tribal affliations with Tsikata to cloud his objectivity Mahamah could have lost 4 to 5. THE PETITIONERS in their own right should have taken him off the panel. Isnt it ironic that Rawlings appointees: ATUGUBA, GBADEGBE, AKOTO BAMFO, voted deciding that NO VOTER INFRACTIONS TOOK PLACE in the December 2012 election and that the PETITION was without merit?. GOD SAVE GHANA Nana will win hands down next time. IT is now open sected that ATUGUBA twisted Dotses arms to vote with him.

A man goes into a restaurant and is seated. All the waitresses are gorgeous. A particularly voluptuous waitress wearing a very short skirt comes to his table and asks, "What would you like, sir?"
He looks at the menu and then scans her beautiful frame top to bottom, then answers, "A quickie."
The waitress turns and walks away in disgust. After she regains her composure she returns and asks again, "What would you like, sir?" Again the man thoroughly checks her out and again answers, "A quickie, please."
This time her anger takes over, she reaches over and slaps him across the face with a resounding "SMACK!" and storms away.
A man sitting at the next table leans over and whispers, "Um, Pal, I think it's pronounced 'quiche'."
THIS IS NOT A QUICKIE TO SET TIME LIMITS.WHO ARE WE DOOGGY,DOGGYING.
THE ELECTION PEERTITION CASEES SHOULD BE PROLONGED SOTHAT IT WILL SATISFY BOTH PARTIES.

WHY IS AGAINST A TIME LIMIT FOR FUTURE PETITIONS THAT CHALLENGES ELECTION RESULTS IN GHANA.
HE IS A MAN OF YESTERDAY.
TWO WEEKS OF DELIBERATION ON PETITIONS CHALLENGING GENERAL ELECTION RESULTS NEED TO BE ANCHORED IMMEDIATLY IN THE CONSTITUTION OF GHANA.
HE IS PART OF GHANA'S ECONOMIC WOES, UNDERDEVELOPMENT AND POVERTY SINCE 1966.

Your eminence, I strongly disagree with your contention that the time frame for adjudicating election disputes should be infinite. This contention will only make sense if the new president is not sworn in until the dispute is resolved. Just imagine the chaos and bedlam that would have been created if the court had not corruptly skewered the verdict in favor of Mahama and Akuffo Addo had come out the winner. How would the transition have worked under such circumstances ? Limiting the duration of the proceeding is logical, practical and sensible and can easily be achieved by streamlining the evidenciary rules and limiting the the amount of time permitted for each party to make their case. It took the EC only a few days to present their defense and the same could have been done by Tsatsu and Addison without resorting to grandstanding, illogical repetitions and unnecessary verbosity.

Justice Crabbe is a fine jurist, and probably fair electoral commissioner during his time. It appears age has caught up with him and cannot understand the way things are done in this age of technology. I thought he was the last to say anything against the biometric verification, having supervised elections before. Has he forgotten about voter impersonation? Has he forgotten about multiple registration? Has he forgotten about multiple voting, and children below the age of 18 years voting? Let Justice Crabbe know that, the biometric verification was an attempt to prevent all these infractions during elections. Has the justice forgotten that after the registration, many people were found to have doubly registered, and were sanctioned? The constitution is clear, if you are 18 years and above, you cash register to vote, but we must also be sure that you are who you say you are! For now what we have to know that is by the Biometric Verification Devise. The only problem which occurred during the last election was that, the EC wanted to cheat, and acted the impression that the machines were faulty,. They then allowed some people to vote when they knew they were going to postpone the election to the next day when the machines would have been repaired. It turned out there was nothing wrong with the machines the following day. It was all calculated to cheat. What needs to be done is to enforce the BVD, and add CLEAR binding SANCTIONS to the abuse of the system.
