EXPERTS RECKON ONLY $7 BILLION HAD BEEN USED, WHEN THEY DO QUANTITIES ON NDC SO CALLED PROJECTS, SO WHERE IS THE 33 BILLION US DOLLARS??? ---- TODAY, WE NEED SIX TIMES OUR OIL REVENUE JUST TO SERVICE THE INTEREST.
